Orders are available online only through the web-site. The customer is responsible for products choice.
In these Terms and Conditions:
“We” and “Us” means Threlinon Jewellery.
“You” means the person using the website.
We deliver to almost all European countries. If you are in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, you will receive your order within 1-3 days by mail (from Monday to Saturday) after your payment. We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
All orders are sent via the Swiss Post Priority (with custom signature) and are free-of-charge. Deliveries into other countries can entail additional fees from the customs office, which are not included in the price nor refunded by us.
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, and UK.
If you require a dispatch to a country not mentioned in this list, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. VAT refunds can be processed on all non-EU deliveries.
Deliveries in some countries may be subject to customs delays. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.
The order will be delivered directly to the customer / or to the address and contact person that was noticed by customer and need to be signed for on receipt.
In special cases the longer delivery may occur. In this case you will be informed immediately.

All prices are in CHF without VAT and the prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay is the price of the goods shown at the time you placed your order.
The payment with PayPal, you will be redirected to the payment page and will receive an email with payment confirmation after transaction.
If you chose advanced payment, we will send you an Email with information for the payment. The products will be sent only after receiving the confirmation of our bank about your payment.
If, after placing, you wish to cancel your order you can do so at any time prior to it being dispatched.

You will need to quote your order number and confirm your name and address details.
Unfortunately if your order has already been dispatched before you contact us then you will be unable to cancel it and will have to return it for a refund (see our returns policy for details).
If for some reason you need to change your order in anyway please contact us as soon as possible. An order cannot be changed or cancelled once it has been despatcher.
We want you to be happy with your jewellery. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let us know and contact us within 48 hours after delivery.
Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused within 3 days of purchase. Return can only be processed if the merchandise is damaged. In case of damages please send us an Email with a picture of the item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds of damaged products are not available due to high administration costs, but you will receive a gift coupon. If you return an item for a refund you have to cover postage costs.
Normally we have stock of all of our products, but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking. If we sell out of an item we will put a temporary 'out of stock' sign on it. Please email us to find out when it will be back in stock. If you accidentally pay for an item which is out of stock we will refund you via PayPal as soon as possible.

Products shown will not be actual size, where available approximate measurements are provided.
We have tried to ensure that the colors on the website are an accurate reflection of the actual colours of our products. However due to difference in stones, we cannot guarantee a precise colour match. All colours are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.
We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform with any changes in Swiss requirements.
We try to ensure that our website is accurate as possible, however, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.
All items will be supplied in our own packaging.
Threlion does not collect any personal data. For this reason, the customer must enter his address again for further orders.
We may inform customers about news or offers via the web-site.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage experienced as a result of our website, or the goods and services supplied by it, except as required by law.
We are still liable for:
